Registration and participation on the Punktoto platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of the Platform:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Punktoto will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.
Punktoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to prior to processing the first withdrawal, when a significant change in account activity is detected, or when required by our internal compliance procedures. Acceptable documents include a valid MyKad (front and back), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by Punktoto may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus-derived funds remain non-withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus funds and associated free spins not used within the validity period will be automatically removed from the account without further notice. A bet or wager is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform that the bet has been accepted and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed — whether due to connectivity issues, insufficient funds, or technical errors — are not valid and carry no obligation on the part of Punktoto.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game tables on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sporting event, Punktoto's decision, made in good faith based on available information, shall be final.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Punktoto. The limited licence granted to you in Section 5.1 does not convey any ownership rights in Platform content.
Third-party game titles and associated content remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and studio partners. Use of such content is governed by the licence terms between Punktoto and those third parties, and does not grant users any rights in relation to such content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Punktoto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or emotional distress.
Punktoto's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim arises, or MYR 1,000, whichever is the lesser amount.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Punktoto's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Punktoto makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content or service on the Platform beyond those required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
You may close your Punktoto account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, Punktoto will process any remaining real-money balance subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Punktoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, court order or regulatory direction, or where we determine in good faith that continued service provision creates legal, compliance, or reputational risk.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any modification, you must cease using the Platform and notify us of your intention to close your account.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which Punktoto holds its operational licence.
In the event of any dispute between you and Punktoto that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia, which remain fully applicable and are not excluded or waived by these Terms.
